6 GINGER, GARLIC PASTE 10gm

9 ONION 25gm
10 TOMATO 25gm

COOKING INSTRUCTIONS

  • First grind together curry leaves , ginger ,garlic, lime juice ,salt and all masalas to a smooth paste
  • Stir in the washed and drained fish pieces and blend the masala paste evenly on all sides
  • Keep the marinated fish in refrigerator for 1 hour
  • Place the fish pieces in the grill rack and put over chopped curry leaves and cooked well
  • Curry leaf grilled fish is reedy serve with kachumber salads
