COOKING INSTRUCTIONS
- First grind together curry leaves , ginger ,garlic, lime juice ,salt and all masalas to a smooth paste
- Stir in the washed and drained fish pieces and blend the masala paste evenly on all sides
- Keep the marinated fish in refrigerator for 1 hour
- Place the fish pieces in the grill rack and put over chopped curry leaves and cooked well
- Curry leaf grilled fish is reedy serve with kachumber salads
