COOKING INSTRUCTIONS
- Chicken cut into julien shape and marinated with masalas and fry to keep aside
- Heat oil add chopped ginger,garlic,greenchilly, slice capsicum and onion sauté well add masalas and tomato sauce mix well
- After that add fried chicken and tomato slice served hot
- Garnished with curry leaves and red chilly
