  • Diced the potato and boiled them . add salt while boiled potato to enhance the flavour of it and keep aside
  • Heat oil in a non-stick pan or a kadai over medium flame then add cumin seeds when they start to crackle add ginger, garlic , green chilli , onion and sauté until golden
  • Add turmeric powder , chilli powder ,coriander powder ,roasted cumin powder , chat masala and add boiled potato cubes and stir care fully till the masala covers all the potato cubes well
  • finally, add coriander leaves and serve aloo jeera with rice or chapati
